DON'T GO THERE
I took my car and use the platinum option for $22. After I left and come back to pick up my car, I couldn't believe what I saw. There was white small spot on the left side door and window and they didn't even clean properly inside they just vacuum it. I noticed also some scratch in the front however, it wasn't their false.When I asked what happened to my car I got response from them "WE DON'T KNOW". I asked to talk to manager and I got the same answer and was accused this spot was already there. After long argument we called police and of course police couldn't help me. Terrible car wash, terrible customer service
Terrible place! They charged me $30 more to wash my trunk carpet - they returned it wet and it smelled awful! I asked for a refund and complained about possible molding - they said "no" and that was it! Don't waste your money - better off doing a car wash at a gas station for 3 or 4 bucks! They suck!
I was thinking of going here today, but these reviews are terrible. I don't think I will be stopping by.
Be sure to take out any loose items of value before handing your keys over to them or better yet, try another place. They've raised their prices anyway.
Worst car wash I ever took. The basic car wash out side is far better than the premium wash here. Left lot of spots outside and dust inside.
