Great experience! I called to schedule a ride the night before and then called 30 minutes before my scheduled pick-up time and asked for him to get me sooner, which he did! He got a bit lost getting me back to my destination, but he apologized and took the additional price off the fare.
NEVER use this taxi company. From right by the center of Herndon the taxi driver drove down to 28 and over to the toll road and than to the Reston Hospital instead of just driving down Eldin Street and turning on town center parkway. A 3.3 mile drive turned out to be over 8 miles to include the tolls. I will never call them again. I will go out of my way to make sure NO ONE gets ripped off by them again.
great service, the driver was a little bit earlier than i actually asked and waited me for a couple of minutes. fast and efficient in all standard, and decently charged.
