TLDR: Yes, you'll probably get a refund if you fight it hard enough, but it will take a long time to get it! Don't recommend using this for anything but your degree!

Two weeks went by - mind you I needed it that the same week - and I didn't receive a response (thankfully my job dismissed it and didn't need it after all). I called customer service and explained everything, and demanded a refund. Again I was told to send an email. I received a response a few hours later saying it was approved and they'd refund me soon.

I don't recommend using their services if you can avoid it!

Horrible website. After paying for a couple of requests, I could not find the requests, even with the order ID number. They give directions on how to correct an order, but the steps provided do not work.

Getting my refund was a nightmare and almost took an entire month. I required a degree verification for my job, and also a verification of my certificate. The verification for my degree was no problem and went smoothly and quickly, however, a problem occurred with my certificate verification. I called customer support and was told send an email to the Degree Verify staff, so I did and got an automated message saying they'd respond within a business day.

It's like shouting down a well. They took my money and gave nothing, then said it wasn't their problem. Surely you can use other places.

Had my transcript sent to my school and evaluated in less than 48 hours.

It took almost another two weeks before I got my money back because they kept trying to fulfill the service I had requested when I had already said I didn't need it anymore and just wanted my refund.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced from an organization that's supposed to be our trusted, reputable "partner." I'm not sure how this place stays in business. They have an astonishing amount of negative reviews on many different sources. Many of our students have complained about the service they've received and have asked us not to use their website for transcripts. I can never reach someone about our enrollment file report, and the few times I have, I get someone that's not knowledgeable and unable to help. I've voiced my concerns at multiple staff meetings as to why we continue to use their awful services. It seems like it's more work for us and a hassle to our students to keep going through this organization. I anxiously await the day they have an adequate competitor so that my superiors can realize we no longer need this burden. Until then, I will continue to voice my complains at staff meetings and empathize with upset students.
