I switched to My Dr’s Pharmacy for the personal service and great location on Elden St near the Fairfax County Parkway. Jimmy is always available and very helpful. I have been especially impressed with the pillSETS service which they provide. Every month, I simply pick up my new box of individual packs which are setup for each morning and evening. I no longer have a kitchen drawer full of pill bottles from multiple doctors which need refills at different times during the month.
Wow. Just wow. After countless horrible experiences with CVS at the clock tower we had had enough! We found this little pharmacy and the reviews were all glowing. Even though it was a little out of our way - we gave it a go with our next prescription. We came in at 7pm on a Thursday and my doctor had called the medication in less than a half an hour before. My medication was ready to go and we were in and out in under 5 minutes. I am blown away. Customer for life! :)
Great customer service and support. I had my prescription called at the CVS but they didn't have the medicine the same day I needed the treatment. I asked the doctor to switch the prescription to My Dr's Pharmacy and they even delivered the medicine to my door when I couldn't pick it up at the same day. Definitely switching at my prescription there.
