Michaela explained the different size units and proactively shared all special pricing options currently available. I took comfort in knowing that there is someone that resides on the premises to oversee the property. Further, she actively walks the premises to make sure everything is in order.
I've heard that storage rental places have a "poor reputation" for poor customer service and quality, but I did not have that experience. Michaela and Mitch, warmly greeted me, repeatedly offered me something warm to drink (I was suffering from laryngitis) and took an interest in helping me.
While I understand there is nothing "sexy" about renting a storage unit, the pleasant experience I had at this CubeSmart made me want to sit down and post my experience and encourage you to consider renting from them. Michaela is very helpful in getting my new storage unit together and really made a difference in my experience. she really cares for the property and customer service. Very clean facility.
After driving by each of the 4 facilities, we chose CubeSmart on McLearen Road in Herndon. As you drive into the location, you can sense it has been updated or looks modern. A tour confirmed that it was clean and tidy and we could leave our belongings without headache.
