My wife and I left at that time, deciding that next time we'll use a car rental company where making a reservation actually means something.
I have been renting from them since the last 6 months. All employees are friendly and helpful. big thanks to the new manager Neil. He is a great guy who takes good care of his customers and tries to help in every possible way.
This was a great rental experience. The car was in great condition, the staff was polite and knowledgeable and responsive when I phoned back with an issue. I will use Enterprise again.
My recent experience with Enterprise at the Springhill Suites in Herndon did not go well.

I was told there were no cars available. But I had a reservation, I argued. The manager said he had expected to have 12 or 13 cars back by then, but none had been returned. This after I had been assured in person earlier that week there would be cars available.
I arrived on a recent Saturday mid-morning to pick up an intermediate car, which I had reserved a couple of weeks prior.
I didn't mention much about their cars because all the cars are clean, new and actually cool ... i love that Grand Cherokee they gave me :-)
Hi there, This is about my past experience with enterprise. I have taken santafe car in last month that is on july 16th I have aggrement for 2weeks I have paid for standard SUV after two weeksI intended to extend my rental they gave me JEEP compass which was compact SUV this is not fair and I paid the cost for standard SUV, the jeep has a brake pods problem and the engine oil was out And i intended to change the car in nearest location but not even one enterprise location intended to change the car even in the airport they do have cars but not wanna excahnge the cars I have been renting with enterprise from last one month even then I contacted the customer care and tried to expalin this was the problem they didnt even try to listen my problem they directly connected me to roadside assistance and they simply told that this was not the problem in their premises you have to call customer care what was the problem with the customer support and what was with the employees When i intended to extend my rental they didnt gave me new cars and at last i cancelled my reservation and book a new reservation they gave me new car is it the case where customers who intend to extend didnt getting what they want and newly booked customers getting what they want, i have rented thrice from enterprise never experienced this type of issue Its waste of my money driving a mechanical issue problem car through out my drive because no body intended to give me the option to switch up the cars I never will be booking with the enterprise next time ItS the worst case scenario I Have faced
